Interview Series #12: Noah Pepper

2021 F Noah Peppers of Selah HS (WA) was very impressive at the #PT40 showcase in Oregon. As a sophomore, Noah was named League MVP, lead his team to district title and runner up state champion. Noah is a skilled fundamentally sound player that could be a steal for the right program. Noah has a 3.9gpa.

Checkout my interview with Noah below:

What team did you play for this summer? What skills did you improve on during that time?

I played with Team Lavine 17u for the first half, and the Seattle Stars for the second half. I focused on fixing my shot and dialing in my pull-up jumper.

What goals have you set for yourself this upcoming season?

Personally, goals I set for myself this year would include being the best teammate/captain I can possibly be, and perform well enough to win the CWAC MVP again.

After graduating some key seniors, which teammates do you see playing a bigger role this year?

Cooper Quigley will step it up this year to help take care of the ball, Matthew Quincy will become a big role player playing a forward for us this year, John Zambito and Teegan Garza will play big roles taking care of the ball and shooting threes, and my younger brother Levi will also play a big role as far as rebounding and scoring.

What are your team goals for this season?

Our team goals include league champs, district champs, make it back to state, and hopefully win a gold ball!

If you didn’t play basketball, what sport would you play instead?

I would play football. I used to play football when I was younger and I thought I was pretty good, but I stopped playing when high school came along

Who do you think is better, Lakers or Clippers?

Clippers. Kawhi Leonard is the best overall
