Former Lake Oswego standout Winters Grady announced he is transferring to Prolific Prep (CA). Prolific is a top tier prep school in the country!
Grady was named All State as a Sophomore at Lake Oswego. This summer, Winters had a solid performance at Nike Eybl with NW Rotary, played summer basketball with Tualatin HS and earned himself a Top 100 ranking in the junior class.

Around this time last season, Portland Christian season was over and they finished with 2-23 record. They loss some close games and others range from 30 to 50 point losses. Alot of coaches would shy away from programs like this but it takes a coach with a vision and patience to lead them back to their winning ways. Athletic Director Ryan Burnison made the right call by landing former Gresham HS Head Coach Eric Lyslo. He and assistant coach Ben Kittleson return to PC after taking over a 4-20 (0-14 league play) Gresham team and turning them into a top 10 team in the state a few years later.

Nationally Ranked West Linn defeats Lake Oswego 101-61. Senior Jackson Shelstad lead all scorers with 33 points for the Lions, while senior Adrian Mosley electrified the crowd with dunks and sick ball handling skills scored 15 points. Nick DiGiulio is arguably one of the top three point shooters in the state as he finished with 15 points (5 made three pointers). Michigan State football commit Sam Leavitt chipped in with 11 points.
Lake Oswego was lead by Sophomore Winters Grady with 28 points, while junior Aengus Sutherland scored 14 points and Max Archambo added 10 points.

Senior Jackson Cooper had an impressive 22 points and 20 rebounds to lead Cleveland to victory. Senior SC Tresvant scored 17 points while junior Jackson Owens contributed 15 points.
As for Roosevelt, junior Chance White lead all scorers with 29 points while senior Beya Kim added 19 points. #Veltme is still playing without elite PG Utrillo Morris.
Cleveland is currently in second place in the PIL at 8-2 while Roosevelt is in a three way tie for fifth place with Jefferson and Ida B. Wells.

Three Rivers League is one of the best leagues in all of Oregon. Tonight was another example as Tualatin comes from behind to beat a dangerous Tigard team in 2 OT 66-62. One of the leading scorers in the state, senior Josiah Lake II fouled out with 10 seconds left in the third quarter with 14 points. Stud junior Jaden Steppe flexed his muscle inside and finished the game with 22 points. Seniors Ryan Schleicher, Jack Wagner and Juniors AJ Noland, Jayden Fortier made some winning plays to help lead their team to victory.
Tigard was lead by Seniors Douglas Bailey with a game high 23 points, Sawyer Wolf scored 15 points and Malik Brown finished with 14 points.
Tualatin claims second place (4-1) in league and will start round two of league play at home against Oregon City on Friday.

Senior Kalim Brown scored 26 points to lead Tigard HS to a key Double Overtime victory over Lake Oswego HS. Seniors Sawyer Wolf scored 23 points and Kalim Brown chipped in with 13 points.
Super Sophomore Winters Grady scored a game high 37 points to keep Lake Oswego in it. Senior Owens Alles scored 14 points and junior Aengus Sutherland scored 11 points.
Tigard is now tied for second (Both 3-1) with Tualatin in the TRL. These two teams will play on Tuesday 2/7/23 for sole possession of second place heading into the second round of league games.
Lake Oswego falls to 1-3 before they play Lakeridge to end the first round of league games. Don’t count the Lakers out!

Games are made of runs and this one held up to the standards! West Linn survives to defeat a tough Tualatin team 60-54. West Linn needed all of senior Jackson Shelstad 29 points to win. A huge turning point in the game is when “playmaker” senior Adrian Mosley (12pts, 4asts, 3rebs, 3blks, 3stls) got into foul trouble and eventually fouled out. This was a huge team win for West Linn, who now has sole possession of first place in the TRL.
As for the reigning 6A State Champs, Tualatin is looking more and more dangerous as the season goes on. Senior Josiah Lake II (college coaches need give him a look) scored a tough 25 points to almost lead his team to a big upset. One of the nations leading backcourts in seniors Adrian Mosely and Jackson Shelstad combined for 55 points to lead West Linn to get a key league win over a solid Tigard team 88-68. Junior Nick DiGiulio had himself a night scoring 24 points while shooting 8-11 from behind the arc. Mosely finished with 11 points and 8 rebounds and Shelstad finish with 41 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals.
Tigard was lead by their dynamic duo in seniors Malik and Kalim Brown. Malik finished with 27 points and Kalim finished with 20 points. These two guys are next level players!

West Linn earns a solid road win against a tough Lake Oswego 70-63. All American (should have been a 🍔 boy) Jackson Shelstad lead West Linn with 35 points while Senior Adrian Mosley scored 13 points. Junior Aengus Sutherland lead Lake Oswego with 29 points.
